hah Yeah I made a HUGE tub of watermelon sorbet today. Damn is it good. I used creme de cassis cause that's all I had, and it worked out amazingly well!

6. It's pretty easy
This is similar to what I did

However I have to do it all by hand... I don't have a blender or food processor
