5. Oh people are worried the levees will not be rebuilt in time for hurricane

season. Things are pretty tough here in general... for the residents, not the tourists who are having a blast at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. I saw an emergency team remove yet another body from a house while I was on my way to school yesterday.
