Is walking around in a grocery store nonstop for 20 minutes the same as
using an elliptical trainer on 'low' for 20 minutes?

4. In a grocery store wouldn't you be walking up & down the aisles
but on the trainer there's no weaving in & out ??

I think I'd rather do the grocery store thing - more to drool over......:o

6. I'd be careful about making exact comparisons
But it is certainly getting exercise.

9. Yes. Noting the increase in prices is also a good cardio routine.
