Are there any fans of the old (pre-1980's) Marvel comic The Avengers? Remember Kang? He was a villain who was everywhere in different time streams at the same time. The Avengers never knew which one they were fighting. It would be invaluable to have multiple incarnations in different eras that were conscious of each other and able to travel time.
Runner up is DC's villain Darkseid. I'd love to have the Parademons, the Boom Tube that can travel through space and time, and beams that would follow my enemy.
