I am such a nerd.
Does anyone else watch shows like, "How It's Made" or "Modern Marvels" or stuff like that? I'm watching a show on how they make Frosted Flakes, and I'm finding it really interesting.

I seriously need a life.

21. I lived with a guy 18 yrs older than me.
We were together 5 years. I finally had to leave because he was just so damn BOSSY! We are still friends. And he's still bossy.

25. 18 years is quite the jump.
Though not as bad as the ~36-year difference between this jazzer and me. But then again, I'm not living with him.

7. It is actually
kind of a nice bonding experience when we watch, too. We both love that "how things work" shit and talk about what is really cool, really gross, really funny. Good times.

He also loves Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, and Modern Marvels (well, some episodes). And he likes Good Eats, too, because Alton Brown is cool.

24. I think so
it is all these bizarre things that get removed from the human body. This woman had a maggot the size of gummy bear growing under her scalp. She got it from a mosquito in Chili (or someplace like that--warm, tropical forest). They had to kill it by putting tape over the air hole and then pull it out when it was dead. It was pretty gross.

22. I think there is show on Friday night
"How to find a life" PBS 10 PM

Myself I do not care for the modern marvels. It seems to me that Marvel went downhill in the 1990s. How are Frosted Flakes made? More importantly - why?

27. So many questions, so little time.
I will check for your show - maybe it will help me.

I used to be a Marvel fan, but after the Phoenix saga, I lost interest.

Frosted Flakes are made just like regular corn flakes, but sprayed with REALLY HOT syrup! And vitamins! They're GRRRRREAT!
