1. Not especially.
Edited on Sat May-06-06 10:43 PM by ocelot
Cat fur collecting in clumps under the furniture (when they reach critical mass the fur clumps will spontaneously create more cats.) Dirty dishes in the sink. Shoes all over the place. But then it's always like that. It's called CHAOS (Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome).

3. Filthy
I'm not that anal about housecleaning. I don't have garbage on the floors or anything, but it is NOT clean right now.

4. Interesting question, my dear jpgray!
Right now, my home is pretty clean...

I've just finished cleaning up my kitchen after dinner....

The dishwasher's running.....

No crumbs or spills anywhere.....

The laundry's done and put away....

And most of the house was vacuumed last week.....as well as dusted!

Why do you ask?

:hi:

7. Very, actually.
Usually our dorm room is a pit, but we're moving out on Friday, so it's vacuumed and pretty much cleaned out. I'll be living out of a bag for the next six days. :D

10. I'm the reasonably tidy type
The kitchen, living room, entry hall etc. are always kept CLEAN.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are less clean. Don't even look in the utility and family rooms!

Every two weeks everything is scrubbed and presentable. It's all downhill from there though. I cleaned this past Monday so we are rolling down on the cleanliness front, but still presentable at this point.

13. Christ...don't ask!
3 whole months of exhausting long hours, even weekends....I've been pretty much useless in the housework department. Embarrassingly so. I hate for anyone to see us living in this filth.

My 1 deadline was yesterday. Have another coming up Wednesday. Will be going out of town the weekend after that, but the weekend after Mother's Day is going to be White Tornado time at our place!

32. that depends on how you define clean.
My definition: able to eat off the floor
My daughter's definition: there is a path to the door and you won't stick to it.

34. OK, I've finally had it!
Another example of what my dad used to call a "Watergateism". During those investigations, they kept answering "at that (or this) moment in time," or "at that point in time."

Its either "at this time", or "at this moment!" Stop all this redundant verbage! NOW!!!!

OK, I'm finished .... you may return to your regularly scheduled thread. :)

35. Meh, It's been better, it's been worse
Kitchen is clean and bathroom is clean, but there is trash to take out, vacuuming and the kitchen floor to do. And just general clutter of 'to-do' piles on the dining room table.

"It's nothing some dynamite, a team of civil engineers, and a bottle of Lemon Pledge can't fix."

In other words, it's horrendous.

when one is rarely there.

I think the place could use a little vacuuming and dusting but in general, it's pretty tidy.
