It's one they won't forget.
But I will not work in a hostile workplace, which is the atmosphere they are deliberate creating. Management is already apathetic over the idea of brain drain, and they care only for short-term costs (not long term ones because, let's face it, common sense is a bugger of an issue...)

I've been looking on the job "market", sporadically, for 18 months now.
Found a few things, but it would be a pay cut. But there's always a way.

find something. What will your mental and financial status be if you are unemployed 18 months from now? I know it sucks having a miserable job/workplace, but it is a paycheck.
A difficult choice either way :hug:

The job market is still really bad, so maybe you should reconsider. Certainly, don't resign if you don't have another job lined up. Good luck to you with your decision.
