Who drinks liquor everyday?
I've gotten into a near daily habit of a 4 oz shot of rum just before bed. I just find the buzz very relaxing, plus it's only $2 for a 350.

1. Not me, but...
I doubt a 4oz shot a day is gonna kill you.

2. Grandpa _Parrot used to
He swore by his double whiskey before bed (and he made 93, so it can't have been that bad). Pa _Parrot does the same, and still going strong at 70...

13. That reminds me of what Old Blue Eyes said...
When I saw him in concert in 1993:

(he was drinking whiskey at the time)

"I don't care what anybody says, I'm eighty years old, and I drink my whiskey and smoke a cigar everyday. That's what's kept me going so long!"

It was great.

5. Not daily, but often.
Stressful work days, and most of them can be, are best ended with a shot of Southern Comfort :)

Just one though, I'm no lush. I don't think I've been "drunk" in years.

6. The latest studies have shown that
2 drinks a day, it doesn't matter what the alcohol is, are actually good for your heart.

Just two. No more than that.

I'll have to look around for a link.

11. Just about every day.
I tend to have a few months where I do so; then a few months where I don't. My body tells me when it's time to take a break; and I don't crave it anymore.
Love me the wine; but only a few glasses.
I've gotten picky about the liquor, too. Unfortunately; only the well made/high end stuff will do; i can TASTE the cheapness in the others.

12. I do! I do!
Right now, I am sitting on my patio drinking a SlimFast White Russian for dinner, watching the palms sway (in reality, not just in my mind) and the pool ripple.

Aaaaah.

random drug testing at jobs hinders our favorite outlet - but in a few years after retirement we'll expand our garden.
