2. Truth: SUSHI is actually one of the most successful practical jokes ever.
It all started with a Japanese seafood resturaunt,
a broken grill, and a lone waiter who managed to
keep a straight face while he told the customers
"It's supposed to be like that."

The word 'Sushi' itself comes from a colloquial
Japanese term which loosely translates as
"You're on" or "I'll take that bet".

As in:
"Hey, I bet you I can talk these customers
into eating this raw squid meat."
"Ok, You're on! (Su-Shi)"
