Ow ow ow ow.... Am in pain. Ow... Pity me.
Ow. Ow. Ow.

My leg has been wanting to cramp up all day and it's going to tonight. Not a pleasant experience. Wake up with your leg twitching and hurting like bloody hell, then screaming and crying... Not a very nice thing.

My dad and I have three things is common: Hair, personality, and leg cramps.

I don't even have to work out to get them.

Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Am doing stretches.

I'm thinking of just letting it cramp so I can go to sleep and get it done with...

The thing is, it hurts to the point I can feel it for days afterward...

Ow.

15. You mean Potassium defiency rather than genetic motor neurone defect?
Experiment: Look up what foods have potassium. Eat them. If no cramps in you, continue eating.

If there are more than just you + father in your home, that would probably be some genetic fault vis-a-vie potassium. Unless he is not your biological father, of course.

17. got any gatorade?
Or V-8 juice in the house? Or tomatoes even?

You need potassium. Maybe calcium, too. How about a big glass of milk?

19. Bananas suggested above will help later, but now take a boiling hot bath
I used to get severe leg cramps all the time; this was the only thing that helped at all in the short term.

21. Mini darling
When I was still playing sports I used to get the cramps all the time. My doctor suggested just what the others here have, just eat a banana and drink plenty of water and they should go down.
