My Back Is Out and I have finals |
|
I had to miss cooking classes today because my back went out and I have the flue. I could have gone to the cooking classes with the flue but when you back goes out you can't do anything.
Anyone got any good back remedies to help someone with a bad back. I have RSD on top of that but this crotchety old back has gone out right during cooking finals.
My Chefs told me to take it easy that I will be able to take my finals whenever I want in during the next week and a half.
I want to take them with the class because it's allot better that way.
Doing it on your own is not fun.
I have Ice Carving in the morning and what can you carve if you can't bend over?

2. Is Naproxen an over the counter drug? |

I am going to try and move my back but my front side has been killing me for several months and it doesn't help at all.

3. Naproxen is OTC as Aleve... |
|
But why would you go to a cooking class with the flu? Why would you want to give it to others (who will give it to others, etc.)? Or this a private lesson and you hate your teacher?

I wouldn't want to spread the Flue on to him he has 4 kids. I go to Culinary College and no I wouldn't want any of the other student to get sick.
