Aha! So you ARE one of those peoples who clicks on threads that have nothing to do with you!
Admit it! So, how are you? What's the weather like?
(If you actually ARE an vegan bowling enthusiast atheist with lactose intolerancy, my apologies)

But could I be a good Messiah with my low self esteem? If I don't believe in myself would that be blasphemy?*
*(Not a serious question or attempt at derision of religion. It's actually an exerpt from a song by The Bloodhound Gang called "Hell Yeah". It just went along with the sub-thread.)

25. You do physics to relax?? |
|
Edited on Wed May-24-06 06:36 AM by Godlesscommieprevert
OMG you are a god - physics left me in fear and trembling at school. I had to do A level physics (for med school) without the benefit of calculus - because I was also taking biology, chemistry and gen studies. My poor 18 year old brain nearly exploded - and I never went to med school anyway! Cheers :toast:

to doing other physics/chemistry to relax because I can handle conceptual things very quickly and easily.

20. I didn't know what a jumper was in Australia. |
|
I live in NJ. 80 degrees is when it starts to get hot. 85 is when we start to say it's too hot. Above that, we don't go outside and the news warns us that it's really hot so we should be careful.

23. I think New Jersey would spontaneously set on fire if it hit 120F. |
|
Of course, much of the eastern half would be flooded due to rising oceans at that point. Wait a minute...global warming is the key to getting rid of south Jersey! Global warming is great!

32. We're actually seperate states. |
|
We just haven't gotten the legal seperation worked out. Without south Jersey, it'd just be New Jersey and I'd actually be living to close to the shore. I'd always be "down the shore." FYI, in NJ, "the shore" is neither North nor South Jersey, it is it's own entity. You don't go to the beach. You go "down the shore." Once you go "down the shore" you are not "at the shore," you are still "down the shore." We actually have commercials about this.
