It's related to the protest against "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" up at West Point, in which I was charged with the federal misdemeanor of trespassing on a military installation for an unlawful purpose (or something to that effect), along with 21 others. The lawyer representing us has been trying to get it pushed back or have us not required to appear. However, West Point seems very intent on having us all appear. So tommorow morning, I may be in federal court at 9am. At least, it's not too long a drive for me. Some of us are across the country and don't know if they need to catch a flight into NY. So send me good vibes. I'm prepared for the consequences; I just prefer to have it all dismissed.
