Strained by back carrying too many groceries last weekend

forcing me to hobble into the local drugstore and look through the muscle soreness remedies. What to my wondering eyes should appear but the SalonPas patch they keep advertising on Air America! I was able heal my back while fighting the Rethug establishment, and NOT smell like ointment. I'm fine now, and I e-mailed [e-mail] to let them know that I not only liked their product, but that I heard about it on Air America.

5. Pain patches do work

My back ocassionally does get bent out of shape with yard work etc. Use the pain patch and it fixes it right up.

11. Arnica is a homeopathic remedy that has worked wonders for me.

But I'm willing to make a note on your tip for future aches.

BTW--I am not a "natural remedy" guy per se, but I will give it a shot if it seems reasonable.
