Does anyone know an herbal remedy for asthma?

I am getting so sick of this medicine, and it isn't doing the trick.

I might as well try something natural, right?

1. Is the asthma allergy induced?

If so, herbals are not the best idea.

Caffeine is a mild bronchodilator, but if your meds aren't working you should really go back to your doc and get them adjusted.

2. If you're that interested

contact your local Naturopathic Doctors association, and get some referrals to licensed practitioners.

Asthma can be deadly, and is nothing to play around with.

3. If it's not allergy-inducing for you, you might try

inhaling eucalyptus vapors. I have a friend who used this religiously and it kept her asthma at bay. :)
