I think I got someone a job

I was on the bus going home and heard the driver talk about his son-in-law whose wife (driver's daugher) was going to have a baby and couldn't go back to the country where he was from because he married an American. The guy's family cut him off and took all the money out of his account. He had just finished college and didn't know how to support his wife. Bus driver talked about the very qualifactions one of our departments was looking for and had just posted. After everyone got off the bus I went to the bus driver and told him about it and a few days later the guy came in. I just found out he will be offered the job. I won't tell him I was the one who clued him in though, because I like being a secret Santa and he might get embarassed.

I hope his family in the old country comes around. He got married before his older brother and that's why they're all mad at him. So he can't say he's married or the older brother's marriage will be kaput.
