It turns out you don't actually have to fight for your right to paaaarty.
I mean, with all due respect to the Beastie Boys, it seems, upon closer reflection, that my right to paaaaarrty is not under threat from the entrenched power establishment in Washington or the major media outlets. Rather, they seem quite willing to let me, nay to encourage me, to paaaaarty and only get chintzy when I quit paaaartying and start asking questions like "what are we doing about global warming?" or "what happened to my civil rights?"

So my question is this, are the Beastie Boys LIHOP?

2. During your "paaaaarrrrty-ing" do you partake in any of the following:
Drinking
Smoking
Sex without the intent of procreation
"Lewd" dancing
Cursing
Voting your conscience
Enjoying much of anything

If so, then you must still, indeed, fight, for your right, to party.

The Beastie Boys thank you for participating. LIHOP? Probably not.

Yes, Not in long time, God yes, Not without practice, and the rest don't really qualify as paaaartying.

At least not in the sense that the Beasties meant it.

5. I don't know. They've done
a bit of changing themselves.

20 years brings a lot of change.

6. Paaaartying is a privilege not a right and Paaaarty leadership
can revoke your license at any time.
