Can I use Ethanol in my car now without making any changes to my car?

perhaps a mixture, but not pure ethanol (no such thing as ethynol)

2. I realized my mistake

I wasn't sure about 10% Ethanol. I did a google search and it looks like most vehicles can take 10%.
