Berry Blast for breakfast, anyone.

You take one Yoplait's Blueberry Cream yogurt from the freezer where you put it the night before. Be inventive as to how to get it out of that ridiculous container while still frozen and into your smoothie machine or your blender. Add 1 small banana, a slice or 2 of chilled cantaloupe, 5 or 6 frozen blackberries, about half a cup of peach nectar, half a cup of chilled milk, and as much ice as you want. Hit the button and wait till this mixture turns the most beautiful shade of red violet. Smoothie has wonderful texture too with fiber provided by those blackberry seeds. :) I've taken care of daily fruit needs and had a brain freeze already today.
