Officially have been up for 12 hours now, just another 7 hours or so to go

1. I had to do a 74 hour work shift once.

I've never understood physically torturing, ie beating etc, anyone to secure info. Just keep them awake for 3 days and they'll do anything to get some sleep.

2. I tell my wife about the times that I was in the Army and they kept us up

for several days in a simulated combat stress exercise thingy and I had my first delusions. It was awesome, had no idea where I was reality wise. Glad I haven't had situations like that again. :-)

3. Yeah, in a horrible sort of way,

it's a fascintating experience. I found the checking to see if my feet were still attached quite interesting. :wow:
