Armed Teens Use MySpace To Set Up Robbery Of Man
<snip>

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A North Florida man claims he was "just looking for some fun" while visiting a popular website. Getting robbed wasn't what he had in mind.

The Jacksonville man planned on meeting in person with a girl he met on MySpace.com. While at the apartment where the two decided to meet, he was instead approached by a 14-year-old and 15-year-old girl.

"She took the gun and put it to my head and said, 'Empty out your pockets,'" the victim said.

The girls didn't get much, since the victim forgot his wallet. They let him go unharmed.

Police searched the area and found the two teens with another male suspect. In the teens' purses, police found two loaded handguns.

3. well to be fair we don't know from the article how old the guy is.
if Florida obviously sees no problem posting mugshots of 14 and 15 year olds, then they probably have no problem framing an 18 year boy as a "man"...plus the article doesn't say if the girls lied about their ages...so who knows...

4. It does NOT say how old they were pretending to be.
To be fair, he might have been expecting to meet someone 15, 25, or 55. The article doesn't say. Just because the thieves turned out to be teenagers doesn't make him a pedophile.

By the way, these were brave girls. In Florida, he could have legally shot them both dead for this.

7. I encourage this.
Sure, it's illegal, but it's good to see kids using creative thinking skills.
