I just saw a clip from the View about how supposedly the audience was turned off by Starr's weight loss and extravagant wedding. And, so, I had to ask myself, wouldn't the average View viewer actually be really into that sort of thing? :shrug:

1. I think before she was a bit of a role model to women who were big...

That's what has turned off viewers. It's not that she got married or that she lost oodles of weight. It's more like she has taken on a holier-than-thou attitude over things.

Her wedding: she wh*red herself out for that. She had the gimmes. She took advantage of every free thing she could get and used a television show to advertise for them.

Same difference here. Advertising pays for the show. The show depends on the ads. You don't hock other products and services that counter the paid advertisers.
