Anybody else like downtempo electronica? |
|
Slow electronica. I like listening to it to work by. I often rotate it in with the classical music.
Do you like it? I've just got a couple of compilation CDs that I got from Brookstone, of all places. But I like it enough that I want to find others. It's rythmic without being too obtrusive and breaking my concentration. Reminds me of one of Rabrrrrrr's martinis. B-)
Do you like it? If you do, can you name some artists I could look for?

I've seen people talk about them before in the Lounge, but I wasn't paying enough attention.
I'll have to check them out.

3. downtempo stuff always breaks my concentration |
|
I cannot do anything until it is turned off. Some people find it relaxing, but it always make me wanna smash boomboxes.
Maybe I was born on opposite day or something.

4. Global Communications, Boards of Canada |
|
Lustmord if you like dark ambient. For older stuff there's always Tangerine Dream, Klaus Shultz and of courese Eno's Discrete Music.
