3. Ummm....Left Coast is a Political Slur, not geographic

I share your pain, but it's just a Freeper talking point FYI. They often refer to the East Coast as the "Left Coast" due to the overwhelming number of Blue states up north. Though this point makes no sense considering the other coast (the real left coast geographically) is more "liberal" than the East....go figure, that's Freeper logic for ya!!!

The reason I ask is because suddenly there seem to be a lot of posters who are suggesting in their poster names or other ways that they are Canadian but sound remarkably like freepers....the American variety.

I think there might be an organized effort to create friction and ill will toward Canadians. So keep that in mind.

The Canadians refer to those of us in the U.S. as Americans! So, you're statement holds less weight than you suspect. So do the Mexican people.

We have manufacturing sites in both countries & i visit both regularly. And they routinely refer to us as "Americans". So, you're insistence seems a bit obtuse and impractical.
