I've just been made a supervisor!

This may or may not be good. My boss wants to get rid
of the guy, but maybe under my supervision instead of
hers, thing will improve.

I did have to type up a page of my expectations which
he'll have to sign.

I doubt I'll make more money - I'm a supervisor because
my boss hates dealing with the guy.

3. My wife is basically in the same

department. She gets her evaluation today, and she has had a few job offers, in different areas. She needs to decide in which area to go, she seems to a hot commodity...which is good...:)

I'm rather limited - I've worked in Radiology for
23 years and created the graphic arts department.
This employee has been begging for me to be his
supervisor, but I think he'll freak when I ask him
to sign my sheet of expectations.

Although he did burn me during his reponse to his
evaluation. Mine was petty good - his, not so much.
He was impugning my ability to use deep software
which is actually what I do for a living. He shouldn't
have burned me...
