So hot I'm feeling nauseated |
I just walked back from the pool to our apartment, and now I feel nauseated and icky. Bleh.

1. I know the feeling. The only good thing is that it takes away |
the urge to eat. Works for me.

3. That's the first sign of heat exhaustion |
Drink water and lie down in a cool place, preferably with a cold cloth on your forehead.

10. Do take care of yourself. |
I echo the others who suggest lying down with a cool cloth on your forehead -- or on the back of your neck. Take care. I'm hiding in the basement room, which is 13 degrees cooler than the main floor. I heard on the pre-game Mariner's show that it was 101 in Bellevue today; close to that here in SeattleLand.
