6. Love you, too, livetohike.
Even if you are a Steelers fan. B-)

7. Are you a Seahawks fan?
I think they (Seahawks) will have a great season this year :-). I'd love to see a rematch in the Super Bowl. It was a very strange, magical season for my Steelers last year.

8. Well, I confess to being a fair weather fan. When the Hawks (or the
Mariners, etc.) are doing well, I root them on all the way. When they aren't doing well, I don't really pay attention. I was glad just to see them go to the Super Bowl for the first time ever. But I thought the officiating stunk! I really think we were robbed.

That's no reflection on the Steelers. They've won the Bowl how many times now?

9. Wonderful post, Aristus.
I was bragging about this thread
to Raging in Miami.

But I've got to throw my two cents in.
I'm a big Hawk fan. Ravenseye and I have been kidding around
about the SuperBowl, but---

From one Hawk fan to another-

We know who really won!

:hi:

14. Five times
Would have been #6 if Neil O'Donnell didn't throw the game against Dallas back in 1995. He literally threw the football right to a WR (I forget his name now) and made the guy the MVP.

11. Thank you, CalPeg.
As it happens, I have my Shakespeare source material open in front of me as I type this; looking for a good quote for tomorrow's thread. I owe it to you guys to keep the quality high.
