easiest appetizer you've ever made for a party |

I take roasted red peppers (from a jar) drain them and chop into small slivers. Add olive oil and 1 - 2 cloves of garlic minced and fresh chopped parsley. Let sit for at least an hour at room temp and serve with sliced french baguette.

Equal portions of parm cheese, light mayo, UNMARINADED artichoke hearts.
Mash together, smash into pie pan, bake at 350 til, brown on top, serve warm with fancy crackers

Shape it into a loaf and then cover with caviar (cheap kind). Really good. Don't put salt in the egg salad because the caviar is plenty salty.
