Poll question: Which Spam Header Is Most Tricksy And Cunning?
You know how now they're dressing up spam headers as messages from your boss or your credit company or your friends to try to trick you into opening them before you delete them? I try to resist, but occasionally I do get suckered into looking (because I do sometimes get email from people I don't know that's NOT spam). Then I always feel like a sucker. Which common Spam header is most effective in suckering you into opening the message?

5. "no subject" gets me
Because, you know, it MIGHT be someone emailing me about an article or something who just didn't put anything in the header.

But of course 98% of the time it's someone trying to sell me some kind of phallic enhancement. Dude, not only do I not need your steenking product, I don't need no steenking phallus to begin with.

2. I almost never get any spam
never give an e-mail adress or phone number to anyone I don't do buisness with, and only then if they have a privacy policy.
Visa calls me about once a month, trying to sell protection plans and a towing plan.

Visa : Sir, would you be interested in our towing plan ?
me : No
Visa : Sir, why not ?
me : I own a tow truck, my own personal, antique but functional tow truck, purchased during a moment my life could have used a little more direction or sanity. After two years of work it is functional - I am a professional mechanic and welder by the way - and I am so waiting to ditch my car to have a legitimate excuse to use it.
Now, if you want to pay me to handle your buisness then I'm interested.
Visa : Ummm, Sir it doesn't work like that.
me : Then, why are you wasting my time ?
I like annoying people who are paid to annoy me.

6. Can I just say that the Dean campaign
generates an UNBELIEVABLE amount of spam?

I signed up to their site to sign a petition to the DLC whaling on them for being a bunch of spineless appeasers a long time ago. I'm not a Dean supporter, although if he got the nomination I wouldn't go into mourning. But anyway...man, never let them get your email address, because you'll be getting Dean campaign spam EVERY FRIGGIN' DAY.
