The state pays my medicaid/care premium |
|
and every year I must go in and get re-certified for this program and every year I get denied after providing the documents. In the meantime $75.00 is deducted from my SS check for a month to cover the premium. I don't get the money back after everything is straightened out,I am out the 75.00. So once a year I have to skip paying one of my bills. I usually skip the power bill because that can go up to 500.00 before they pull the plug on you.
It just pisses me off, I do everything on my end but the State Gov. can never do anything right on their end. I have to call once a day and be put on hold for 40 minutes to straighten this mess out, it's a real hassle.

1. It seems like you should be able to take care of this |

before it happens again...but maybe that's too logical. You don't need the stress of having to go through this every year. I'd suggest finding a supervisor of some sort, to find out how to avoid this headache in the future.
