A nice little 30 minute light snooze. So light I could hear the phone ring; twice.
I wake up with a sweaty brow, dizzy, and just about as tired as before. x( Grumble.
Hurry up bedtime...

I usually wake up more tired and irritable than I was before I napped.
Sleep really is overrated.

if they are the right length. Cabn not be too short or too long. A good 15minute power nap does me good.
