Anyone watch Spike Lee's "When the Levees Broke" Last night? |
|
I watched it all happen when it was going on, and was even in Houston when Katrina hit, so I had a chance to meet a lot of those affected by the Hurricane...but man, the first part of Lee's documentary was EXCELLENT, and sad - so sad.

I didn't sleep well at all last night after watching it. I either couldn't sleep or when I did fall asleep, I had horrible dreams. I'm still glad I saw it though.

LynneSin posted about this a little earlier. Spike Lee did a wonderful job presenting reality. :( It was heartwrenching to watch. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x5535847
