Well, it's day 499 without a smoke!! |

Have saved $2,495.00 and haven't smoked 9,987 cancer sticks :bounce: and now, am trying to get rid of the 30lbs I gained not smoking. :cry:

Just curious, did you use the gum or patch or anything? I quit smokeless tobacco but I still use the gum sometimes, and now I want to quit the gum.

I have gone.....37 days so far smoke free...every monday is another week down....:) Damn, you are well over a year, good job...:) My biggest break was 9months smoke free...:hi: Keep it up...

In general, I quit about 23 years ago, but admit I've had a smoke or two in that time. My smoking was more social and less addictive, so I applaud you for going over a year without it.
