I'm making crepes for the first time since home ec |

like, 7 years ago. I messed up a few times but I made a lot of extra batter and I'm getting it right, now.

Any of you awesome cooks out there got any tips? :7

She used a big hevy cast Iron pan and made the best ever. I have tried a couple of times over the past few years but they are not as pretty or tasty as moms.
A couple of weeks ago I was making blueberry pancakes and my husband came over to the stove and looked at what I was making and I asked him if he wanted pancakes and he was genuinely surprised and said "Oh, they're pancakes!?". We had a good laugh and and ate them anyway and they tasted better than they looked.
I am an excellent cook, but I have only made pancakes a few times wich was very trial/error like.
My frenchtoast is much better.
Anyway no, I have no advice.

Some nice cast iron pans. :loveya:
I'm fairly new to cooking, as I only cooked out of boxes and cans as a teen. :)
