1. What the hell is that?
Is that a hot tub with TV embedded in it? It looks a little out of scale in that picture though.

2. Holy shit! I want! I want!
Edited on Mon Dec-22-03 09:41 PM by Hardhead
I'm not generally materialistic, but I believe I'd lease my soul for that little slice of heaven.

Edit: no, wait...the scale is indeed WAY OFF. That can't be a hot tub. But I like the way you think, GOPisEvil. This is a marketable idea.

16. Scale not off - think BIG TV
Like 47 inches or so - it's a home theater hot tub for two...

Sure glad there aren't starving people in the world...

10. Too futuristic for me...
Don't know whether to wash or relieve myself.

I wonder if documentaries about Antarctica make the water get cold...

You know you'd electrocute yourself the first time you saw Bush do a press conference on Faux News.

24. wow ... what's a "mid-country lane"?
I picture it as a lane leading to the house from the road ... perhaps bordered on each side with beautiful trees ...

mid-country lane sounds like country club area where houses are separated by 'land', not a fence ...

a full-country lane leading from the road to the property, and neighbors aren't in sight for miles

the rooms must be huge

12 rooms, 6 of which are Bedrooms ... 9400 sq. feet

12. This is what I want...

This is the Powermatic 74A.

It has a 14" main blade plus a 12" scoring blade--this makes a real shallow cut so you don't get tearout when you cut plywood. Rips 50 inches to the right of the blade and only weighs a thousand pounds.

Costs $6660 and is one hell of a saw.

I would rather have a Powermatic 66, which is:

which has a 10-inch blade, only weighs 650 pounds and only costs $2200...but we're into ridiculous here. so gimme the 74A.

15. I'm reasonably sure no one is giving me coupons for a free spray on tan
After I saw Kyan Douglas and that straight guy getting a spray on tan on "Queer Eye", I was kind of interested in that. I mentioned it to a few people...but it's just not going to happen. :-)
