I have discovered the best feeling life has to offer. |
|
Some people think it's falling in love, or holding your baby for the first time. It's not.
You know that feeling you get when the cop who has rode your bumper for the past two miles pulls out and goes around you? Nothing beats that, it's just shorter than some of life's other highs.

You'd never have anything that could be considered contraband. Surely not you. :P

|
is when you pass that same cop two miles later with a pulled-over W-decaled SUV...

you going 130 mph on the shoulder in the construction zone a few miles back and the bottles they threw from their car, because they think Wisconsin is a garbage bin, hit your windshield.

9. Holy shit that was a time |
|
I was riding with a fairly disreputable friend (don't know him any more) in his car, and a police car was behind us. Suddenly its lights came on (it was night) so we both thought "oh shit" since we had about 20 Es with us. The rozzers sped up, overtook us, and blasted off down the road.

13. What about when you have some idiot riding |
|
your bumper, then passing you on the wrong side of the road and cutting other drivers off and speeding then a cop pulls them over and you drive by and can look at them all pissed off? Ahh....that is indeed a wonderful feeling.

15. I had one do that to me today too. |
|
When I got home, I was careful to turn my turn signal on too. Normally, if no one else is right behind me at the time, I will skip the signal. If someone is behind me far enough, I will skip it then too. Today though, this cop followed me all the way from highway 74 to home. I had to turn about 3 times, but the roads were long. He made me sort of paranoid, because my new tags haven't come yet and the current ones expire at the end of September. I sent the money off ages ago it seems and they are late with them this time. I fear I will have to pay twice. I hate government run "you gotta pay or go to jail" type things. If they fuck up, you gotta pay twice and not argue because they believe they are never wrong. Meh.

16. Oddly, that very thing happened to me just today. |
|
I was going just a wee bit faster than posted, then slowed down to get onto the off ramp. I looked up to see a Dallas cop doing that ol' tailgate thang on me. I thought sure I was a rendition fer sure, but he only followed me about a mile before we passed a donut shop and he lost interest in me.
It's all true except the donut shop.
