What kind of beer should I buy this weekend?
Before you start suggesting, money is somewhat of an object here. So don't reccommend some Belgium beeer that $10 a bottle.

OE 800 gives you the most bang for your buck (or it did when i used to drink).

and it is MEGA cheep.

that's why you drink, isn't it? but I drink the same thing every weekend. Molson from Costco. $15 for a case of 28. But I'm open to sugestions.

but Sam Adams is a pretty good lager that is easy to find and not very expensive, plus their Oktoberfest rocks!

Also the Boston Beer Company is a totally blue company

I was waiting for somebody to say Heineken first, so I could say "fuck that shit...", but oh well.


I had some Old Style beer the other day. That was pretty good considering it was like $10 for the case.

It's between a pale ale and a IPA.

Others I like include Sierra Nevada, already mentioned and Anchor Steam. Whitbread from England is tasty too. I use to drink Pilsner Urquell, but after some bad batches, I gave up on it.
