A geek/movie goer....
This thread...is inspired by my watching of Revenge of the Sith, from the prequl star wars trilogy. Right now, I want to...sort of...you know, put in Star Wars, and watch a real trilogy...do any of the geeks/movie goers think/agree that the prequel star wars movies were...sorta lame?

1. Yah.
Not bad, but not up to the quality of the originals.

4. I could go for a prequl for the Matrix...:)
What I wish/hoped for the Star Wars set, was a continuation of the storyline with Han/Leia's children...:)

5. The prequel series was very lame.
The edits made to eps 4 - 6 as a result of 1 - 3 kill some of the cool revelations and other things too.

6. Oh yeah... Dork Tower said it best...
"Remember, this is the same man that brought you Ewoks and Howard the Duck."

Looks like Lucas will be producing TV now. He had a major pow wow with Spielberg and Pixar reps and pitched them the idea of abandoning the movie screen in favor of shorter work. His main point, for $100 million in production and $100 in promotion and advertising, he can make one film that MIGHT be a success. For the same money he can make 150 tv episodes and have a sellable package of entertainment for pay per view or download.

Imagine it...

150 hours of Jar Jar Binks!
