I had screaming nightmares for 9 hours last night...hope it doesn't recur. |

Nothing like damn near having a heart attack from fright to make you not want to sleep.

1. I usually end up staying up after a couple of consective nightmares |

While it might make me tired the next day, it usually upsets my day less than if I continue to have nightmares for the rest of my sleep. It also usually assures that I will sleep better the next. I don't know about you, bout I usually am most suspetible to nightmares when I am rather worried about things and/or ate more than average too close to bed time.

As long as I don't wake up screaming! This morning I got out of bed at 3:30am for work but started thinking I had some sort of inspection to get ready for so I was wandering around the house trying to figure out what was being inspected. It took me a while to figure out what was going on. It was weird because I often wake up thinking something needs to be done right away. I haven't had a real bad dream in many years, most of the time they're just real funky.
Can you disclose some of the dream you had?
