Would you watch Al-Jazeera?

If Al-Jazeera ever manages to get its English-language channel up and running, would you watch? Personally, I'm very curious. I would love to see an alternative viewpoint to the American media.

5. I've checked that out in the past...

...I'm anxious for the TV channel to get going. I find it highly amusing that people who religiously watch Fox don't want AJ to be shown in the US. Fox News came to be because Rupert Murdoch didn't believe a certain viewpoint was represented in the news. I would welcome an English-language AJ simply because it would present a viewpoint that is not currently available on cable news.

They definitely show things on that station that no station in the US would show, especially concerning the Iraq war.

Give them another excuse to wiretap, arrest, send to Gitmo. I'm not sure whether to use the 'sarcasm' smilie or not, because I'm not sure if I'm being sarcastic. :shrug:
