How goes the playing around with the git-fiddle? I hope you're having fun with it. I'm really enjoying getting back into it (not played much the last couple of weeks, though, but I did get my new guitar and am now officially am member of DU's Black Guitar Society). I've been practicing, too, the Tortured Artist pose in the hopes that I might one day even approximate the righteousness of your dudely pose in that photo.

of course being an ol fart like i am i was asleep before 10 :)
Getting settled in fine.
Still have a bit of unpacking to do. It's pretty wierd i live in an area that is basically a party zone on the weekends.
When i get up early All i have to do is look out the window to see staggering drunks :7
But i am out of Kansas so thats good.

26. I have one that was used by John Lennon at Madison Square Garden

That is what I was told anyway. I don't have it scanned so I can't post it here. The guy I bought the house from (and studio) gave it to me. He said his aunt had been at the show and Lennon threw it out or something and she got it. If i could only find out what picks Lennon was using at the time, it would help.

It is one of the large ones with blue sparkle on one side and red sparkle on the other. That would seem typical of the mid 70s.

Btw, how ya doin' there Forrest? How is the guitar playing coming along? Have you seen that Elvis commercial for the BBC? They use footage of him introducing the band from the Hawaii show but they dub in Stevie Wonder, Jimmy Page, Keith Moon and a few others. It is pretty funny. The voice is typical "Elvis bad impersonation", but the attempt was nice.
