Cool presents

Everyone gets them, and I just got one. My daughters and I exchange one on Christmas Eve and then hold off on the booty of gifts for the morning as a tradition for many years now. The eve gift is just a teaser, sometimes a funny, or a goof, or a choice gift, and then it's off to SugerPlum fairyland and waking up Christmas morning...

I usually give them new pajamas or some snuggly type of gift to get them to bed. Now they are older and it's more of the 'here, open this and see' type of gotcha gift.

They got me. They gave me the "Last Waltz" re-release CD. I'm on disc 2 already, and just wanted to check in with you all..

ahh, Happy Holidays to Du'er's everywhere. I wish for you all the same sweet suprises.

1. Cool presents, being warm and relaxed at home.

we exchanged gifts. I gave some antique bottles I found in a funky old shop out in the country. A new Italian tea kettle, and some other stuff was given. I got a signed photograph of Benard Hinault from the World cycling championship in Colorado. I got some other nice stuff too. It was fun. Tomorrow it is off to the mountains to the east to get my traditional christmas cold.
