2. Look, in Truman times, they didn't have all the modern stuff

to deal with dollars ... much of it is done by electronic transfer ... I hardly ever see real money ... much less a dollar ... or a buck, as some of you would like to call it ... oh, it was easy for Truman to say the Buck Stops Here ... he probably even had some in his pocket ... somebody even probably made that little sign for his desk ... Cheney shoots bucks ... I spend bucks ... I spend them before they even get in the treasury ... oh, it's so easy for ya'll to stand there and rant and rave about where does the buck stop ... I'm more concern on knowing where it's been, where it's coming from, and in which campaign account it's going to ... it's much more complex today ... next you'll say Truman could deal with multiple complex problems at the same time not just as they're scripted for daily or seasonal consumption ...
