However, the boat didn't sell food or drinks. We brought food and a cooler of beer (and water for my mom & stepbro) with us. It's not like captain or mate were going to card my sisters. Of course, my mom spent the whole time complaining about the potential of getting seasick (she didn't) and my stepbro sat in the cabin and played game boy because he doesn't do "outside" things.

My stepdad actually said that it's amazing how with four daughters (two pretty girly, one tomboy, and one dyke), the actual most feminine kid is his son. At one point this summer, he was wearing a sarong and a sweatshirt on the beach, because he didn't want to get sunburned when he had his theatre camp play coming up. Soooo GAAYYYYYY...

We were trolling. It's not like we were standing around all holding fishing rods. He sat in a dark cabin, while the rest of us were enjoying the fact that we were on a boat in Maui. You'd think he'd at least want to go up on the bridge and bug the captain or something.

The company I used to dance with hired Lois to do our publicity photos for a few seasons. I have always loved her work---every week there was a cool large photo of hers on the Dance page of the Village Voice. Lots of extended-dance-family members on her published photos (one of my best friends is that Enter Here picture on LG's main page.) A nice lady, with amazing timing!
