Starting a new diet today. |

I have decided to join my gf on her diet program. It's physician-supervised, low carb/low fat/low calorie plan (basically, 10 ounces of food per day :(). Each week I get weighed, get a Vitamin B12 cocktail injection, and load up on fat burners, appetite suppressants, and multivitamins every day. I also have periodic blood work, EKGs, and cholesterol monitoring. Combined with moderate exercise, my gf has been on the diet for 5 weeks and lost a bit over 25lbs already!
I have 100lbs to lose and I plan to lose it in no more than 6 months. I will post next Thursday how much I lost! :woohoo:

I am doing weight watchers online, and I love it . I have also lost a lot of excess poundage
The exercise part of a healthy life style is the hard part for me , now that it is to cold for me to take my walks

We just bought an exercise bike, so I'm going to make the most of that.
The really good part is my gf work together (and live together) so we can watch out for each other through this - one false step and the pounds come right back.
