It gets bubbly and I think starts turning into hard cider, and no one here would want that to happen! And whatever you do, don't leave hard cider out in the snow because then all the water freezes out and you get apple jack.

The kind that is just foggy apple juice (which, I agree, is way better than regular apple juice) or the sparkling, alcoholic kind, which to us Francophones is the one true definition of apple cider? :D
