Some lip-sync in concert and use others to sing their difficult notes. I always thought that Milli Vanilli was given a raw deal. Their videos were very entertaining. Those guys were very photogenic and they could dance so well. Who cares if they were fronting for more talented singers? As you said, it's so common these days. I guess they were just ahead of their time.

I know that one killed himself. I saw an interview with the other guy who is trying to relaunch his career and he is sweet as pie.
