Why is it a shock that lots of Kerry media coverage elicits many Kerry threads?

Once I wade through all the threads attacking threads about Kerry maybe I'll tackle the threads attacking threads attacking threads about Kerry. I find it amusing that a common outlet for frustration about Kerry threads is to post one telling others not to.
