And I am disqualifying Dylan's Self Portrait since that one was an intentional slap in the face to all his fans.

1. Anything by the Rolling Stones after "Some Girls"
It all goes downhill from there

Actually I liked that one, but I still don't think I am the worst example.

Jeebus, but that one sucked. Some albums just shouldn't be made.

5. Saying that an album by G'nR sucks
Edited on Thu Nov-02-06 04:14 PM by Hardhead
Is like saying, "Hey, this shit sandwich doesn't taste as good as the other ones!"

Oddly, that was the only G'nR album I ever bought. And I didn't even regret it.

6. Dylan's "Saved"
Unlike 'Self-Portrait', he really meant this one, and does it ever suck. FundieBob is one incarnation that is best forgotten.

10. At least "Slow Train Coming" was musically decent
Instrumentally, it was fine... and his singing was good, but alas, it was the beginning of his worst trough creatively.

Not until "Shot of Love" and the cut 'Every Grain of Sand' could I listen to him again. And I am still upset that he left off the best songs on "Infidels" and put on Zionist dreck like 'Neighborhood Bully' in place of oh, let's say 'Blind Willie McTell'??. x(

But I digress... I usually defend him to the hilt on much of his other mixed stuff. I admit I love "Empire Burlesque", slick production and all. :D

27. Yeah, that's the only Green Day album NOT on my MP3 player
I think they just wanted to get something out there even if it was old material never released before. It was the "CODA" for Green Day and no one had died in the band.

31. I agree, except I still think that the Black album was good.
And comparend to Load and Reload, St-Anger kicked ass. It's still lame comparend the early stuff though.

Listening to Master of Puppetts right now :D (Come crawling faster.......)

11. St. Anger
Edited on Thu Nov-02-06 05:22 PM by petersond
by Metallica...load/reload had some redeeming songs, but St. Anger...it seemed like they were trying to hard, to play metal....like it was forced...a lot of the music was a step back from previous cds...

on edit:plus Jason Newsted wasn't their bass player for this cd...I miss you Jay!

32. I disagree,
I think St-Anger kicked butt compared to Load and Reload. But the early stuff was the best.

Jason left in part because the band's music had become to candy-assed.

So, in other words, Led Zeppelin just doesn't do it for you? "Anything by the New Yardbirds"? Really? Wow. You're hard-core
old skool. "Clapton Is God." Not.

Basically, anything after Monster, in my opinion, sucks serious ass. However, there is little
that can compare in sheer suckitude with the New Adventures in HiFi.

37. Me, too.
'The Boy in the Well'/'The Outsiders' could have been written about New Orleans, imo (although the CD was released almost a year beforehand).

'Leaving New York' ranks up there with some of their best songs and for some reason I really love 'The Ascent of Man'.

:-)

17. Madonna's "Erotica"
Definitely her weakest album.

The title track is good, "Deeper and Deeper" is a passable dance track, but the rest of it goes from okay to wretched.

I love Madonna with a passion, but I rarely pull out that album.

28. I LOVE TORMATO
I love "Rejoice" and "Onward"

I think I fell in love with that album because it was one of the first 10 I ever bought. My brother had all the good Yes albums and when Tormato was $1.97 in the bargin bin I bought it because it was YES. When my brother went to college he took all his good YES albums so all I had was Tormato (mind you, I was like 15 with no source of income). But I listend to that thing to death and I loved that album!!
