I do.

This was not the world I signed up for.

The one I signed up for had equality of the sexes and races.

The one I signed up for wanted to solve poverty, in the US and in the World.

The one I signed up for wanted everybody to be as educated as they wanted to be.

The one I signed up for said it's OK for boys to cry and have dolls, OK for girls to play with trucks and become football players.

The one I signed up for didn't need the internet, 400 TV stations (that still suck), FOX news or Hate Radio.

And if, somehow, the repukes retain hold of the government after next Tuesday, then we get what we deserve. Not you, not me; but the freaking repubs who essentially voted for a dictatorship, the Christians who voted for the devil, the young people who voted for the dark and ugly future, the elderly who voted for something that no longer exists, the women who voted for their own demotion and the men who voted with their withered genitals and not their hearts.

It is possible half of America still has something to learn. You and me, we may pay the price. But do I wonder how we got here? No way. One deliberate step at a time, that's how.
